Need one of these. Both hubs and myself are ambient but trouble walking too far because of work spine injuries.. I wish they were available for hire! Its fine having food deliveries but being indoors 24/7 can give ya cabin fever after a while.. Just a day hire would be wonderful.. We also are missing out on family weddings, christenings and gatherings.

my biggest concern was the door handles but now that i broke the seat and that I sit with both feet in the right foot well because my size 14s aren't getting between the front of the seat and the steering column but I get in and out of the right side being I broke the left door and it no longer unlocks but everything combined made it easier to get in and out on the right the seat leans to the left at the back which makes it easier to reach the right handle

perfect looking into getting one also in canada the past few years ive been driving a topless golfcart thats been modified ive had it up to 52km/h now here the speed limit on the main road if 40 on the roads i take is 30 so 27-28 is perfect. Now, I'm being sly with the government grants to build a ramp and install a new insulated door thats "wider" to get the grant for ramps and wider door to park it in my shed we don't see over 40 more so cold like example the frost advisory i got on augest 8th. the manual says to only charge between 0-40 degrees so i plan to insulate the shed and use reptile heating elements on a temperature switch to warm up the space to keep it above freezing the switch will kick on at 5 and kick off at 10 just to keep it warm enough but not to the point of an exuberant power bill and of course ive got a diesel heater for when im out there in the winter

How do you charge it up do you use a regular wall plug in that's where we're at I can't get nobody to answer that there's some of them that will and some of them won't and we always ask how do you charge it up there's no place in my community to go and charge something like that like you do electric car I'm not talking about I'm talking a full-fledged electric car that's a scooters supposed to be and how do you charge them up

Poor little thing wasn't happy going up that hill, changing to lithium ion would save tons of weight, but don't fancy the fire hazards they pose, especially because they're inside the cabin.

The voltage drop under acceleration on those lead batteries is what's killing them. I would strongly recommend looking at LFP batteries. They're safe, lighter and will deliver far more power per weight.

Best review I've seen on one of these units. I haven't found ANY of these for sale New or Used here in the USA. Only in Canada & also their origin of manufacturing China. Prices vary China $1,900 + overseas freight & import charges. Canada $5,700-$7,500 price range. I would be willing to pay up to $3000 for a used one. Keep in mind eventually you will have to replace all of the units 5 batteries & that will set you back $1000.

An easy to extend range.....Woukd be to buy a small 1000w $300 inverter generator & put it in a small vented box. That attaches to back of scooter. The small inverter generators are super quiet. If you needed travel long distance like several errands all over town. You could turn on the generator before leaving. If this uses lead style batteries, keeping them always almost fully charged will make them last longer.

Some advice... Check those batteries. One looks like a cheaper brand. Lead acid can overheat and bulge, but break open/explode? That is not normal. The electrical and mechanical components look to be on par with a very cheaply made scooter. If a person has a convenient environment... Smooth roads, low inclines, low traffic, easy charging, mild temperatures it could work. At 10K, it isn't competitive with other options.
