Sambar recipe:- *add oil in a pan& add any 2 type vegetables,very finely chopped yellow pumkin,tomato,1-2 slit green chilli &saute them for 1min. *then add 350-400ml of water for 50g toor/moong dal& 550-600ml of water for 75g of dal,3-10hrs soaked dal,salt,1-2tsp of sambar masal,1/2 tsp urad dal flour(op.) &boil them for 20-25mins. *meanwhile soak a small ball sized tamarind in hot water. *then in a ladle, add oil,mustard seeds,urad dal,hing,curry leaves let them splutter. *add tadka on the boiled sambar& add the tamarind water& few coriander leaves &boil it for 1-2mins.
