good information, but if you get an international drivers licence in your own country you are allowed to drive on that in Thailand for a year before any need to do the Thai drivers licence

I just got a drivers license with a 30 day tourist visa, had to go via a third party thai drivers school (did the course via them) to get it however all the paper work was accepted by the DLT in 2024 and issued me the license

Hi there internet stranger, your video was recommended to me randomly and I just thought I'd share my experience as someone whose partner went through Stage 2B TC (Orchiectomy, x3 cycles BEP [Chemo]), and now what's life after? We're both very young (early 20s) so the diagnosis was quite scary. My experience was that there's a lot of uncertainty. The diagnosis for staging wasn't conclusive until AFTER orchi. Usually the process is, before orchi, you can have your sperm stored - Family planning wise, I don't believe that there's any issues as many men go on to become fathers later on in life. Sex-life wise, honestly I've never lost any attraction for him and one testicle doesn't cause any malfunction. All gucci in that department! Chemo is rough. There's a lot of side effects, restlessness and a sense of dread, but before we know it, it was over. Hair took a while to grow back, maybe 2 to 3 months? And he had chemo curls after, so your hair texture will change. I got him minoxidil to stimulate hair growth and that helped. Make sure to make any claims on your insurance policies too. What got me through was reading resources, especially the subreddit for testicular cancer. It helped me to better understand his position and also more about the condition. It's been a year since his chemo, and for the next 5 years, there's the need to follow-up with blood tests and CT/MRI scans to ensure that the cancer hasn't returned. After 5 years, your chances of relapse are close to none. Now our relationship is stronger than ever, we have plans for the future and we just take it one step at a time. I also recommend reaching out to Dr Einhorn if you ever receive any conflicting information about your treatment plans. He's the leading researcher for TC and also the one who literally discovered the cure for TC. He replies very fast too. I found more about him through the TC subreddit, where others also reached out to him when their doctors were giving unclear information etc. I also emailed him about some concerns and he gave a very clear reply.
