The Candy Apples have/had amazing dancers and this wus a gr8 routine, but I feel like they would have placed better if their choreo wus more abstract if yk what I mean - like rather than literally thrashing while being 'kidnapped', that'd b a gr8 oppourtunity 4 some amazing partnerwork/a lift, and rather than using an actual phone, portraying that thru intricate movements and/or formations etc. It can b done in lots of ways and looks brilliant. And it wus better in this dance and this season, but Cathy rly needs 2 stop completely changing her team every couple of weeks lmao - it makes a difference how long dancers have worked 2gether, like u can't expect a win in a group category when they dance as 5 soloists at one time, and it's not the dancers'/kids' fault. That's mainly what puts the ALDC ahead of them - they dance 2gether and have connections. And 4 god's sake lmao stop putting vivi in these dances 😭

This dance was incredible. The only reason they lost was at the end the last girl didn't hit the penche all the way. Besides that it was amazing.

this got 2nd place in secondary large group 9-11 in Columbus Ohio they did a great job

It's sad people can't see through the drama and have such a backwards view of candy apples. Despite everything Cathy has done, their dancers are amazing

They didn't win because of Vivi

Cathy is a great choreographer and coach. The producers of Dance Moms make her look like a horrible person, because Dance Moms is about drama. Even Abby says she will not return back to Dance Moms until the producer dies. Also, the only reason people have been gone (for example Sophia and The Ziegler sisters) is because Sophia’s mom wasn’t making enough drama and The Ziegler sisters contract was only 6 years.

Gigi is so much better then in season 1

1=The choreo sucked 2=All of them had *NO* technique 3=0 musicality 4=This was boring 5=They can't even pointe their feet correctly 6=They were all rushed and sloppy,there was no grace 7=They aren't flexible 8=Candy Apples is literally shit. The worst dance studio ever.

they should have showed the talking section

After watching it again, I realized why they lost. Vivi messed up like 5 times in the beginning. She was only in the dance for like 10 seconds. Cathy needs to stop putting her in the dance!!!

The acting was amazing in this dance. The story was so clear!!

Why did they cut the beginning of the dance?

The girls are very talented thanks for posting the whole vid also I just want to say there dance teacher is a bitch I thought she would say those mean things to Abby for drama but when she lost this season and she threw the trophy at a girl and said that mean the mean thing to Abby about her going to jail that is just messed up but I'm glad I saw the true person of that woman a MONSTER

I like the music but it was a bit hard to watch the beauty of the dance cause my eyes kept getting drawn to vivi anne who looks at everyone else to see what to do, almost runs into one of the older dancers, is a beat behind in some parts,. I do admit she has improved since the show but she still needs a lot more work. The older dancers were extremely good. If there weren't as many dancers in this dance it would have been much better but overall i do like it a lot.

It's so sad how people assume that Cathy is the woman they see on TV. It's a reality tv show. She isn't this evil woman that can't choreograph. None of that is true. And Vivi isn't some kid who sucks at dancing. Vivi is a beautiful 10 year old who actually is an amazing dancer. She's en pointe!

Vivi looks flexible and she is doing the moves and steps correctly, but she lacks passion and grace. She looks like a football player in a tutu

My friend once told me her studio went against ALDC and won, but they redid for the cameras it so it looked like ALDC won.

I wish Cathy choreographed more dances like this. I have always thought that Cathy's 'wicked witch of the west' act was just for the show. This dance was beautiful. The costumes looked stunning and the song was perfect. The props really added to the dance and the dancers used them really well. There was a lot going on at the one time but it all flowed really well. People can criticise this saying that its sloppy or out of time and that ALDC is better but as much of an ALDC girl as I am, this is winning choreography and they are just refusing to believe that this is a good dance and Cathy choreographed it. This dance was stunning and I would love to see more dances like this in the future.
