Marathon coming back after 30 years is crazy. On the other hand, it being a PvP extraction focused shooter is kinda of a let down. Still, i'll give it a chance. Love the new artstyle for it, though I'll miss the old grungy look of the original games. Think this new one is gonna be a prequel of sorts.

I don't really blame Sonic Team for this sense they were rushed. Plus, I do enjoy space shooters whenever I get the chance to play them. But I really do think they could've done so much with The End if they had time. But I'm happy with The End the way he is, don't get me wrong. But I feel what Eggman feels... Good thing he was able to reach her though!

The End is literally the hardest boss for me to beat.... But after a few hours or joking around, I finally get him. I once stayed up till 3 in the morning trying to beat that guy! So even if he isn't the best final boss to most people, he is still pretty OP compared to you. If you suck at space shooters, that is!

I love the intro to this fight. No cocky one liners or over-dramatic speech... Just transform. Sonic floating into frame as he faces this colossal beast. All he does is give a slight smirk, knowing he's full well about to beat the shit out of this thing!

A lot of people miss what not only happens if you cyloop the bosses, but cyloop them again. Each boss has a different animation for both cylooping and double cylooping them.

Its unfortunate that he never got the cutscenes where SONIC FUCKING THROWS HIM INTO THE MOUNTAIN

As a long time Sonic fan with SA1 and SA2 being my absolute favorites, this game did not give me the same level of awesome feelings as those two. However, it makes me so happy to see and hear all of this positive criticism for this game. All these reactions to the bosses is so awesome to look at and i feel a sense of pride for Sonic Team and Sega having accomplished what they have with this game.
