Hi ,I've made something a bit like this beforehand. I got puff pastry and cut into 4 squares ,AND marked round the edges and pricked the senter . SO you don't need to have so much pastry . Then put on cooling rake when cold put filling in them .hopefully this will help you OUT. Take care and good luck. 👍
