I have a 2018 escape with the Sync 3 version. Android Auto works only while my phone is connected through USB. Now I have my phone connected through Bluetooth and it plays audio and calls. When I unplug my phone the map/GPS goes away. Does anyone know how I can keep Android Auto connected wirelessly? I spent days trying to figure this out

@@charan22222 I don't. I just keep it plugged in. Needed a shorter cord as I was having trouble even connecting that way with the longer one. There's a comment above that suggested something but it didn't work for me. Everywhere I read basically says we need a cord to connect Android auto.
@@charan22222I saw something that to press android auto on the bottom click on version multiple times to open developer settings and then you have option for wireless connection. However I’ll be checking it tomorrow
