I can totally relate and I believe that we have to heal so that what we learn from our healing can transcend to generations before us and after us. As a mature I see how hard it must’ve been for my mom and it’s allowed me to forgive her but I have to unpack the pain so I can heal now. I’m not mad but I’m not healed but I soon will be…thanks sis ❤️

My sis & I have had conversations with my mom about so many different things & they’re not always easy but it helps us to have a better understanding & have compassion for one another as we heal!
