You're welcome! Thanks for the comment. The building you see in the video is about 85,000 square feet. There are plans to have additional buildings in the sandy/dirt area. I don't believe those will be related to Horror Unleashed, but more for the area 15 district. Those buildings will be constructed in the future and have not started construction yet.

Maybe! There isn't a whole lot of information on what is going to be inside but we'll be there opening night to find out.

Disneyland charges $30 for Genie+. $20 is a relative bargain.

@@altezzadriver Yeah, but thats for Disneyland and multiple rides. This is 1 ride that is less than 10 minutes. If people refuse to ride it for $20, they will lower the price or maybe include with the Adventuredome, which would be genius. Market Spongebob and advertise your awesome (overpriced) indoor amusement park.

We were so curious to find where the SpongeBob ride would be and we are shocked to see the actual location. Nonetheless we are excited to ride it when it finally opens. We will definitely be there opening day to share it with everyone. We are hyped for Horror Unleashed! Can't wait to have HHN year round. That walk through Circus Circus is definitely something... We'll investigate ways to get through to the back entrance without a car in our next update!

Early access could definitely be the reason for the change to the RIP entrance times. Agreed that it's unfortunate for the RIP people to lose out on event time due to that policy. Hopefully it was just an opening weekend mishap and it resolves itself. We did notice that some houses had separate lines for RIP and express and some didn't. I assume that there just isn't enough space for all the queue space this year. Again, hopefully that gets resolved as the event goes on.

Great question, thanks for the comment! Our tour did not make it to the shows unfortunately. The blum house show had a fire alarm go off so it was shut down before we could get there and we didn't make the last time slot for the Purge show. We did see tour groups going to the shows though, so your mileage may vary. I would say if you get an earlier tour time it would make it to the shows.

Yes, you can go through the houses multiple times after your tour has ended. However, you don't get front of the line access, you go through the normal express line. Note that you can leave your tour group at any time you want to.

at Hollywood, yes. in Orlando, no. and as mentioned, this year you're supposed to use the express line, tho some houses don't care apparently

Great question! Our tour time was 7:10 but you can get tour times as early as 5:30.
