So, I think what I would do, instead, is not buy a $25 million dollar home at all and just rent one when and if I ever need one. But, so far, try as I might, I cannot imagine why I would ever feel a need for a $25 million dollar home - to buy or rent. Paying admission to have a tour of such estates is enough, for me.

The Hollywood house of cards needs to come down. Since 2012 and especially since 2000 there have been many frauds. I know from personal experience.
