This is mainly due to Cosmo and Wanda being in their modern clothes before being corrupted, meaning that they're corruption took place after their time as his god kids. Plus, we know that Crocker's fairy obsession and spiral began due to how he lost his fairies, how his life was ruined after being forced to forget his fairies. This would indicate he did indeed have fairies at some point, indicating either the infection happened before he was born and he somehow survived (which i find unlikely as it raises so many questions: how did he survive? Did he find a weakness, classic butterfly net, and kill his fairies, escaping? If so, how come he's still considered a lunatic as he'd probably have some good evidence? Why would he eventually take the muffin if he knows how bad this magic can be? Why has nobody gone after him since?) or the infection happened after he lost his fairies. I personally still believe Crocker, his connection to the Big Wand of Fairy World, and him consuming the rotten muffin, was what started the corruption and infection, with Jorgen's portrayal in the videos adding validity to my idea, as I previously brought up the idea of Jorgen being the first fairy infected when the Big Wand was corrupted, due to him being the strongest (also having the biggest wand) and so having the strongest connection to the Big Wand. Not at all discrediting what you said. As a matter of fact, i feel like what you said does offer some good clues. Because yes, if what I said is true, that would still mean Crocker wasn't involved in any of the infection stuff till he ate the muffin, as that's when it would have started. Also, you said the corrupted magic and stuff like that was very old, which I do now believe and I do think the choice of colors and all that (as well as the age now) could indicate where the corrupted magic came from, as there is only one thing in Fairly Oddparents lore that's powerful enough to do something like this, old enough, and has those colors - the original enemies of Fairykind whose own negativity literally corrupted him into a powerful, planet-eating black hole: The Darkness from the Wishology Trilogy Can't exactly piece together how this happened. Maybe the rotten muffin could have been a magical object birthed from the darkness, similar to how it created the Eliminators, as a tool against the fairies that ended up in the possession of Crocker and corrupting him, causing him to transform into his monster form in response to his darker impulses (what happened with Wexelplex or when he's after Timmy in Magical Hallucination) with the same corruption that changed both the darkness and crocker spreading to the Big Wand and then to everyone else from there.
