I honestly prefer this patch over the officia localization in general...not just because the localization is bad at parts...but the localization has alot of unnecessary additions to ever line that makes it a bore to read and sometimes jumbles the dialogue with how it treats the reader like an idiot. Example of Van talking about the Genisis saying: "A piece of the puzzle that wasn't in Crossbell" in the part. Very straight to the point. The localization: "A piece of the puzzle that didn't exist in Crossbell back then, but IS a part of what is happening now now" Like no shit, Shelock? Also Aaron's line at 1:23:02 is very normal talk by responding with "Same as here" when asked about the situation outside...the localization has him saying something stupid that breaks immersion "Same as here, cloudy with a chance of robots" Seriously, you have to reminds me of a western 3D animated movie about a scientist creating a machine that makes the sky rain meatballs and burgers while I am playing a fantasy game? Totally not immersion breaking!

Text skipping speed is so fast.

The 4SPG with Nelly was bugging me in the English release so I had to come see how else it was translated. Typical nonsense from the localization team. Whenever the anti-immigration theme comes up they start talking like hyperbolizing college progressives. There's a bunch of times where the tone is vastly different or they use activist language. I put some examples in to Claude (an LLM) just to see if I was crazy and it was able to confirm that the English release versions are more emotionally charged and indignant

this game getting out control😅 i expect the hit on back or front can make advandce battle but this feature more like different game now the way player just chipped HP of enemies whatever they like, do this game Turn-base game or YS franchise? 😂😂

i think the tone of skin color looks awful, buts the battle more satisfying than the Cold steel 3, im not comparing 4 or reverie because i still have no chance to play that...

1:15:14 the localizers in the demo version changed Agnes line from "Unique...?" to "You have a boyfriend?" They also removed the Bermotti calling Agnes a "cutie client" We can't have a proper translation nowadays.

Already downloaded and installed the patch. Can confirm it works correctly but as I am halfway through Hajimari I still haven't started the game for real and I was wondering, does the Kuro patch translate the entire main story? The changelog and FAQ txts in the MEGA folder don't specify how much of the game is translated. I know most of the translations were taken from ZeroField translations before they were shutdown but I wasn't keeping up with their updates so I am not sure how much of the game was translated before they were taken down. I'd hate it if I started the game only to find that the story is only partially translated. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how much is done. Thanks in advance.
