Euc Master Shock Linkage
Просмотров 1,1 тыс.2 года назад
Gotway begode this morning released EUC Master / Master Pro shock linkage CAD files to fix a suspension problem. These files arrived with no explanation or any parameters. I modeled suspension geometry and got the needed data. Marty's video with shock links in the description ruclips.net/video/8iGhawsReyo/видео.html Linkage CAD files drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-7Fv4bge8eDnlygpQ6PHLKdKVuh7EnC5
Wtf kinda dumb shit is this?
Curious, does the loose fitting clothing serve a function. Such a provide resistance to allow them to lean into the wind more?
UNICYCLES?!?! REALLY, WHAT'S NEXT, MOTORIZED TRICYCLES OR, BETTER YET, MOTORIZED LITTLE RED WAGONS?!?!?!?!
What the fuck sport is this
are you ok roger?
Bahahahaha 😂
Well this looks like a fricken Clown Show 🤡🤡.......... thought the moron behind the flag man was gonna encroach the track and cause carnage for starters? Grown men riding kids toys........ what could possibly go wrong?
i guess once you build two of them, you're going to race them.
The fact he got up, and walked across the track without looking, is brainless
What's this he's doing then? ruclips.net/video/9nIe5-Kz9fY/видео.htmlsi=HSAArZq9bFnNTykE&t=69
After seeing him lose control, I decided to fit a steering damper to my EUC.
😂
It's interesting seeing someone trying to catch their fall with their hands considering we've seen people break their forearms that way. Also the angle of the body relative to the arms just results in the face smashing into the ground. Should probably train to protect your face instead of trying to catch the fall. But that's harder said than done in practice. (throwaway comment, just thinking aloud) Safety gear did its jobs, glad it worked out okay for Roger!
I used to practice landing on my, elbows, forearms ,and making fists, so I don't try to put my hands down to break a fall. Still don't know if I programed myself.
So the guy looked over, saw him, and still cut squeezed him on the corner. What a douche.
After the race was over! Smh
Oh Roger! You need 4 wheels if you want to climb on the inside kurb. 🤪 Spectacular crash though. Hard on the helmet.
Beat himself and the wheel up by not knowing when he's been beaten, by the looks of it...
MonoGP is awesome
mono-wheel racing?! Epic hahaha
Guys will apparently race anything, proof.
Wow...crashed like the champ he be! Impressive 💪
Blitz to pretty to be a race wheel 😢
It’s not how ya fall but the awesomeness when ya get up 😎👍
ok , now i understand how Roger is crashed XD Thanks for share
Wow! That helmet saved your life 😮 I’m so happy to still have Roger alive ❤ crazy face plant
Next time someone asks if they need a FF helmet, I'll show them this.
Wait who the hell is this roger guy? 🤨
Roger's crash is at the end ruclips.net/video/PBKfdOdsv0Q/видео.htmlsi=_Jgx8VQda4bS_-zF&t=17329
Wow thats the best clip of this crash
Dude WHAT. Smooth af standing up from that crash 🤯
could you send the full link for the cad model? I want to try to create my own suspesion but have not worked that much in fusion yet
You can join our telegram group, fusion 360 project is in the pinned messages. Look for the ex30 fairing system fusion url, Suspension links are in the project. t.me/+7EjwgKPifPYxOTAx
Hi, can you leave or send me your email adress, need to ask you somethings also.
It's been awhile since I first watched this. I appreciate it even more now. Great work Adam 👊
heard v4 master will have the metal battery boxes too
True, the new master and master pro will ship with aluminum battery boxes. Begode also promised to provide alum boxes to V1 owners of the mas pro.
@@adamGeuc Damn I hope they'll be for sale as a spare part cause I got master v2
Hi Adam, do you have any update on your experience with different coil spring tension?
excellent explanation, could you leave me your email? I need to ask you something
Is a standard amortizer suitable ?
Thanks for this video. I’ve just ordered the new linkages and a coil spring shock for my V2 Master. In regards to spring rates, wouldn’t the new linkage mean that you can use a lighter spring compared to the spring weight of the original linkages which Marty used in his video? I’m really hoping the 750lb spring it comes with will be heavy enough for my 90kg weight with the new linkages.
I am not sure who's linkage you are referring to but you can easily divide the suspension stroke by the shock stroke to get the ratio, then add up all the weights (EUC, rider, gear, pads, seat, etc ) and multiply by the ratio. That will give you the static weight of the spring, then you add whatever you feel you need for the dynamic aspects of your ride. Add more if you jump a lot. Another perspective to keep in mind is that the third party linkages sold today are linear. I modeled some of them and decided that a spring shock is not optimal due to the linear spring response. On my wheel I got a linkage that gives me 50mm of shock travel and is linear. So the best shock type for it is the air shock which has a negative pressure chamber and gets harder close to end of stroke. This is very important if you want a plush ride, but when you jump you want to prevent bottoming out. I found a FOX DNM float EVOL 7.875" X 2" Air shock on ebay for about 300 bucks.
Great work. Thank you. The S18 linkage is non linear, varying between 1:2.7 and 1:1 which gives it good small bump sensitivity as well as good big bump absorption. Is this linkage also non linear?
The linkage tested in the video is linear. That is the reason why I end up getting a non linear air shock for my wheel.
may I know the material of the linkage? Is it Mild Steel or Stainless Steel?
I made mine and simulated based on 6061t6 aluminum
Dude I love this video format. I learned a lot from it.
Awesome, thank you!
Hi, mate. Great job! I would also be happy to see your own cad filed, if you don't mind to share them.
My links will go to production mid Dec for testing, then if all is well, I will share them here in vid description. Come back later this month.
Would you mind posting a link to your modified linkage cad files, the link in the description is cut off. Thank you very much.

@@adamGeucHi, do you have finished testing them?
