What ever happened to that $90 million dollar Obama gave the Lao government to fix and repair the road. ??why do the government let the country run down like slum. Look at Cambodia, Thailand and all the countries around us. They are 20 years head of us. God do something good for your people. Instead put on the in your pocket even Donald trump said the American gave That money to help your country not put in your pocket. So embarrassing Laos. Saddddddd
