YES PLEASE! 👏Tastes like a peanut butter mousse, so creamy 😋 My cottage cheese hating husband and son had no idea it was cottage cheese and loved it!Whipped cottage cheese mousse- 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 tbsp honey, touch of Himalayan pink salt, 2 tbsp chocolate chips (your favorite, Lily brand is great), Chopped peanuts and chocolate chips for the top - optional. Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Add in the peanut butter (I melted mine for 30 seconds in the microwave first) and add the honey and salt. Mix again until well combined. Split the mixture between 2-4 bowls. Melt the chocolate chips and divide evenly between the bowls, spread into a thin layer on top. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and extra chocolate chips, if desired. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets. Enjoy! #whippedcottagecheese #healthysnacks #healthytreats #cottagecheeserecipe

Easy Mac at home Spray a large mug or bowl with nonstick spray, add 1/2 cup elbow macaroni and 3/4 cup water. microwave 3 minutes- *if your bowl/ mug is too small it will boil over! FYI Remove the macaroni- careful it's hot!! Stir the macaroni, microwave another 2 min. Then Add 1 tosp butter, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cubed Velveeta and seasoning you like and 1 tosp milk, mix well. Let sit for 3 minutes for the Easy Mac to cool and the sauce to thicken. #easymac #homemadeeasymac #quicklunch
