My dad taught me is if you have a question go ask. The worse they can do is say no. Then just shrug it off and walk to the next opportunity. I didn't grow up in a good household but damn my dad gave me some great advice.

what if your an aspiring model, but don’t have things like comp card and photos to show? Does that automatically cancel you out ?
You can and should still attend a model call. Not having those things won't disqualify you but they do help. The experience of trying out and learning the process is better than to not try at all.
