My favorite thing about this song to this day is, even though it's based on Chapter 2, there's so many parallels to the battle chapter. "The pollen and warmth in the air" Pollen from the morning glories, and warmth from the fire. "For the first time in years, so it seems, you appear like an ethereal dream" Phil returning, in the middle of the battle. "And forgiving the ghosts that remain" Momentarily forgiving that Phil abandoned his family and kingdom, out of happiness to see him. "There you are, with your arms open wide" Tommy running to Phil.

I found Jessica Law through the Mechanisms actually (which I heard of through TMA, which I got into because of an mcyt crossover series… it’s all one big circle), though I’ll admit I haven’t listened to their music in a while. What chords were used in this? im attempting figuring it out on guitar and this info would be very appreciated!!!
Ok good news and bad news. Bad news is I transposed it into a different key from the original and learnt the whole thing by ear, so I don't actually have a clue what the chords are myself. Adding to that, rather than playing the chords straight onto my ukulele, I started by recording the guitar melodies that were in the original, then made up some extra harmonies which I recorded on separate panned tracks to get the ukulele sections in my cover to sound fuller. HOWEVER !!! Good news!! The guitar parts in Virgil's Mania are sampled from a song called Pitch Dark by CHON - not only do they sound clearer in that version, someone called Sam Rooks made a cover of it and included the guitar tabs in the description: ruclips.net/video/3KsuLy7zTWo/видео.html (Pitch Dark by CHON) ruclips.net/video/N9TMyLZSjg8/видео.html (cover by Sam Rooks) www.dropbox.com/s/3sgsokw18l74f6o/Pitch%20Dark%20Tabs.rar?dl=0&file_subpath=%2FPitch+Dark+Tabs (tabs included in the cover) There is one caveat that Sam's cover is in standard tuning while the original version is apparently in D tuning, which is slightly lower, but either way I think you should be able to follow along with the tabs regardless of which key you choose to learn them in.
