I develop exercise programs to help people decrease body fat percentage while improving muscle mass. We offer at home monthly programs, monthly gym programs, 4 month programs, 6 month programs and yearly programs. Each program is a word document that will be emailed to the buyer after purchase. Each program consists of training 5 times a week for the duration of the program. For example in a month program there is 20 total training days. We will get there she’s not deadlifting, squatting or benching for 4 weeks we are looking to drop 2 weight classes by November while maintaining as much muscle as possible

@@andyoliver_fitness yes it’s a lift that utilizes multiple muscles across multiple joints.
@@andyoliver_fitness so a biceps curl isn’t a compound movement but a shoulder press is because it uses the tricep to extend the elbow joint and the deltoid to extend the shoulder joint. So he’s wrong that exercise is a compound movement.
Those are impressive for rear delts. I think she could’ve done more if she didn’t do extreme stretch at the end
