Around 05:00 This is my summary to get items deleted from credit report. According to Congress Federal Law Fair Credit Report Act 15 USC 1681 A-N Definition Exclusions of Contract and Civil Liability for Willful Noncompliance erase and discharge the line of credit and transactions/experiences that show late payments, payment history, utilization, mixture of credit, length of credit history, new credit. These shall be excluded on consumer reports. You will also need to show original agreement with signed wet ink signature. Since you cannot furnish this information, please discharge/delete this negatively impacting report item.

All the CRAs say is it’s their LEGAL obligation to report accurate information. It seems like they don’t care about what laws we throw at them because they basically using the same laws to keep it on a CR..🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
