I enjoy budgetting videos and have been watching a lot, but this is actually the first one where I feel like I take away something useful for me. I don't really have exorbitant spending habits and I take home a good amount of money for my needs, so most of the "cash stuffing" (and even to an extent "no spend") don't really feel useful to me. Most savings challenges just feel like moving money around between envelopes 😅 But the way you talk about goal-setting and especially about being conscious and intentional about your money and where it goes really resonated with me! I definitely feel like that would be meaningful to how I budget and spend this year, so thank you so much for sharing.

Thanks Cassidy. Two of the things that I also put on my annual routine is to pull my credit report and make sure that there is nothing unexpected on there. The other is to update my "just in case book". This has my family's life policies, my banking information, credit card information, investments, etc...

New subbie here. You know why I subscribed? Because our home life is very similar and I enjoyed your honesty. Great video, I honestly enjoyed it plus I also like the “Money Planner” name. Because that’s exactly what it is. I look at our accounts daily, except weekends, our personals (4) and our businesses. Deposits, bills pay etc….

Hi...doesnt sound crazy because I had to do the same thing you basically need a week on 4 pages in conjunction with your monthly. I had someone create a week on 4 pages for me so here is a suggestion, if you dont mind. You will need to combine the categories on your sticky notes you have on the right side on the dashboard layout with the sections on the left, basically make them all on one page. You can eliminate the right side of the dashbord layout because you will have a time weekly so with that here is waht you can do... 1. Use the left side of the dashboard layout as your first page with all you different sections but it must be on the right side of planner. Pgs 2 and 3 would be your timed scheduled page and the last page (on the back) would be a notes/braindump. Hope this makes sense,

In order not to see 23/24, take that cover and make it your NEW back cover. Now if you don't particularly care for the inside of the back cover, it might not be so great as your new front cover. Just a thought! 😊

My business was selling, and bringing in revenue. But I was not making much profit or at all. Going into debt and wondering how this will continue. I was trying to figure out how I can stop working so much but was afraid to take my foot off the gas pedal.
