Hospital is not worthy for all the patients. As per to my experience I and my wife got admitted due to fever under Dr. Sandeep Ganta. The hospital team couldn't send perfect reports to the insurance company so my claim has denied to pay my claim at hospital. So I and my wife had to get discharged with half treatment. After going for the reimbursement also my claim has got denied because the justification letter was not satisfying the insurance company. Now who is the looser. Star hospital Nanakramguda has got its half treatment money Rs. 2, 20,000/- and the insurance company didn't give my claim. Only because of the doctors and the unqualified staf and blind belief on the star hospital Nanakramguda I had to loose Rs. 2,20,000. Do you think it's fair. Who will take the responsibility of my case.....
