You can adjust the size starting from the foundation chain, which is based on the measurement of your bust part in a vertical way. As for the number of rows of double crochet, just make rows until the length is enough to be wrapped around your bust without stretching the stitches. Hope this helps! 😅

@@mutesm you may check your chest area in a vertical way, if the starting chain is not enough then add chains. The chains should be in even number (+1 for turning chain)
