@ well I believed it to be a ‘corrupted’ drive that I’m trying to wipe and potentially reuse if possible. I don’t technically know if it’s really corrupt but it does slow down my PC everytime I plug it in so I basically assumed it to be corrupted

Regular 5G is only up to 200Mbps. If you have 5G+ it could be a lot more. However a traditional speed test over cellular may give results that vary. Your provider could throttle your speed but allow you to burst up to the max reported. Also depending on where you are it could change as you are on more congested towers, etc. You may also contact your carrier and see if they have an official site or test app. They may have one that is hosted by them and not throttled. Are you on your mobile or have 5G home internet?

@@Evanation81 I have T0mobile 5g for the home. We live in the country and about 1.8 miles to tower. I think it could be alot of trees. Waiting on my j pole and extensions to my quad mini to see if I can get better line of sight. Lol t-mobile is probably pissed I call so much. They have rep[laced my router like 6 times in past 7 years. I do Virt and network for living. Just not all that good with the 5g stuiff. If it is using a fixed wireless connection they should also be able to use a program that shows them line of site calculation. If you don’t have any other choices I would suggest Starlink. I have a few friends that have it living out in the sticks and they love it.

@@Evanation81 I had to setup an old Mac for my client musician, he built a music studio on Mac with Mac OS 10.6.8. He does not want to upgrade but at the same time he wants internet. None of web browsers are working with this outdated system. So I got new mini mac for him and setup VNC with screen sharing to access new mac and browse internet normally in window on his old mac. It has few bugs, one of them was black screen and 1024x768 resolution. Hopefully this plug will fix this issue. Thank you.

The general rule of thumb is to keep at least 20% of your drive free for optimal performance. Your drive is used for a lot of temporary storage including you paging file which may grow or shrink. With 1GB free your system will run, but you may notice it running slower than normal. Windows Defender is good basic protection. It may not protect you from malicious websites in browsers other than edge for example. So just depends on your risk tolerance. If you typically behave on your PC and are somewhat vigilant, it will be fine.

I’m just active in their community. Give suggestions, etc. The devs are responsive and transparent and the community is small but a decent group of people so far. Therefore I support the project.

Your comment got cut off, however profit from minting is speculation. How popular is the meme going to get? Will there be any tokens burned to make them more rare? You mint a token to get in early, then when it lands on an exchange, hopefully the price is worth it to sell. You can also use the telegram marketplace to sell, but that is all OTC essentially.

Depending on where you live you can use MEXC. I use Xeggex mostly. You will need to send USDT or LTC to the exchange then purchase RXD. Or you can still mine it.

It will down clock it to 2666MHz. Unless for some reason you have a model with an i3 it will go further down to 2400MHz. Believe that 3200 stick was originally in a laptop. 7070 model should be the same specs as 7060 on RAM so expect the same behavior.

Other than the noise I have been pretty happy with my purchase. Started using Shapr3D yesterday. Find it MUCH easier to use than Blender or Fusion360 to make STL to use in Cura.

You can turn down the print speed and then the fan speed as a result. So yeah it can be better. This video is at higher speed with the rapid PLA that came with it.

It is the four fans inside the fan bar on the gantry frame. It blows cool air over the freshly printed filament to cool it down faster. You could turn it off if you printed slow I suppose.

When it came on did it stay on and show full battery? That sounds more like a loose connection. You could replace the battery but I would double check the battery connector to the motherboard just isn’t loose. If everything looks good and no battery swelling, you may consider a replacement phone as it could be something more.

@@Evanation81 .. Hello, hey my phone came back on! Last night I took off the back cover and just pressed on the battery a little bit and tried to move it around without taking it out. Then this morning I put the cover back on and it started up. But this problem seems to happen every 60 days or so. It will just freeze and screen will go black and it will not turn back on for some reason. The battery reading says 100. So I'm assuming the battery is not the problem.. But I can't figure out why it does this.

Every 60 days is odd. It is potentially the battery still but hard to diagnose. Check your storage, make sure it is not getting full. The system does require a certain amount of free space to operate properly. If storage is good, I would back up all your photos and factory reset then perform any updates. Rule out any software issue. If it continues I would opt for a new phone since the A3X is cheap on eBay or even new at Walmart sometimes.

ShredOS uses Nwipe which should be able to detect Legacy or UEFI. As long as it can see the drive it should be able to wipe it. From that point the software doesn’t care what OS is on the disk essentially. You should disable secure boot to avoid the system not allowing shred to boot due to any digital signatures not present. Let me know if you run into any trouble.

@@Evanation81 Thanks for the reply! Awesome. You explain things well. My problem is that I don't find the GUI you use to modify boot order, disable secure boot, etc.. Windows 11 Home edition, if that is relevant. I can go to BIOS and change the boot order to 1) Removable Device 2) Windows BOOT record (something like that...meaning look for the boot sector on main hard drive). Should that suffice? I'm trying to erase extra hard drives, NOT the hard drive on the PC. Since I don't have external means of connecting extra hard drives I am simply attaching them as second drives via hardware cables internal to PC then rebooting. To be safe from accidentally erasing my C: on PC can I disconnect it (internally) and boot from the USB flash drive I created with our instructions while leaving extra drives connected? Should I expect them to show up as "C:" then? Or would they continue to show as "G" and "H", etc..? EDIT: I've shown my hand. I've not mucked around inside PC's since the days of physical hard drives only. My new PC has an integrated solid state drive on the motherboard, so there is no "disconnecting" it. You probably don’t have secure boot enabled or are in legacy mode if you don’t find an option in your bios. Yes you can disconnect your primary OS drive and boot from the USB drive you created with ONLY the drive you want to wipe connected internally. When you are done just simply power off and reconnect your original OS drive to the same port it was on and should boot fine. If you run into trouble just let me know.

@@Evanation81 How does one tell for certain that the USB drive is bootable? Possibly that is the problem? When I set the Removeable device as first boot device with the main HD as 2nd boot device there is a delay in bootup. As though (possibly) BIOS is first checking out the Removable device and finding that it cannot be booted from (which is why I question security settings not allowing me to boot from removable device).

If you have an option to use a one time boot menu like on Dell machines it is usually F11 or F12 when BIOS first starts, you can see if the USB drive shows in the list as a boot option. If it does not, either the usb was burned incorrectly, secure boot is enabled, or USB enabled on boot option is disabled in BIOS. If your system is using UEFI, the usb drive must be burned in UEFI mode as shown in the video. If you are in legacy mode you may need to burn using MBR and BIOS mode in Rufus. What model of PC or Motherboard is it?

Just depends on what you plan to use it for. RAM is always a good cheap upgrade, especially if you only have 8GB. If you are gaming or heavy graphics programs, you will need a PC that can have a GPU in it to see a real difference.

According to what I am seeing on the Dell site specifications is 2400Mhz is max RAM speed for the 7050 micro.

Says 6th gen processors will only run at 2133MHz but if you have a 7th gen i7, you should get 2400. You can install 2666MHz but it will only run at 2400MHz.

Thanks it is always hard for me to tell. I listen on speakers and it sounds too low then on headphones sounds correct. Perhaps I need better studio grade monitor speakers or headphones. What did you watch this on that sounded too loud? Thanks for letting me know btw!
