Halliburton was the best job i've ever had, I was a cement operator and i'm going back soon, great management at all levels, all the guys are pros that know their stuff and get everything done right.
Comparing apple to orange is not what you’re showing, never seen 2 competing frac crew on the same well, one blue is doing the fluid pumping, while the red is doing the “ tree saver “ packer at the wellhead, after 42 years in the oilpatch services, I definitely think you to study the situations before trying to make useless comparisons, can’t vote when no opposition is available 😂

Trabalhei prestando serviços para Halliburton e hoje quero voltar a fazer oq eu fazia , porém hoje estou me qualificando na mesma , antes fazia trabalho de técnico mas não tinha no papel . Hoje eu estou correndo atrás pra fazer meu curso técnico de mecânica e entrar para a área de manutenção em válvulas de cimentação, mas acredita que não sei qual área é essa kkkk Trabalhei 2 anos mas não sei qual área de macanica é essa que mexe com esses tipos de escapamentos, skid bombeio , volvula olortok, chiksan, b.o.p etc..... Pode me ajudar aí amigão
I saw this video 10 yrs ago and joined Schlumberger instead of Halliburton. Now I'm one of the Frac Technical Director for a reputable client. The Company taught me 2 things, how to CYA (cover your @$$) and how to squeeze your people till the last drop.
hi, I am a recently graduated electromechanical engineer, could someone with experience give me some advice, if it is a good idea for some of the two companies or something?
Worked in the Colorado oilfield where you had to get on the cb on tight oilfield roads to make sure some truck wasn't coming from the other direction,,,because in places it was a one truck road. The ONLY ones who Never answered were Halliburton. It sucked to come to a super tight spot with a 500 foot drop-off on one side and find these Halliburton idiots in the way. They Never used their radios. And someone had to back up,, or down a half mile or more of winding road,with a deadly drop-off on one side, because these morons didn't know how to use a radio. On top of that,,,around 2008/2009 ol Halliburton guys showed up for work the next day only to find the gates locked and that they didn't have a job. Without even one damned second of warning or notice. Guys with families and bills to pay. All over town you would see RED overalls in trashcans. Several guys committed suicide. And yes,, I once worked there. F--k Hallabortion. Thats a name my swamper came up with every time we rounded a turn, after calling up ahead on the cb to make sure nobody was heading up a bad and tight stretch of road where only one truck could get by, only to find a Halliburton convoy looking at us like WE were the idiots in the way. Screw Hallabortion. (I think thats plenty respectful and follows community guidelines)
I use to work for shlumberger management but the fired me because one of the managers just don't like me any way ,I have a lawsuit against them, but I was looking at the market share each year quarter and shlumberger has more the 60% or more the rest is divided between the other companies including the red one
Schlumberger is the best..Slb has better benefit family..free education in the best school in region (no limit school fee)..vacation travel allowance every year,so we can travel around the world(free ticket ,car rental etc),housing provided include free utilities and other benefit....my husband has been 22 years working ..we are happy with slb👍👌
