The main reason that cyprus and austria qualified but malta didnt, was all down to the entries in their semi + the running order. 🇨🇾 Sillia kapsis - Liar The reason Sillia qualified was most likely because of the running order + her semi. Because she was the opener of the semi she was the very first girl bop the audience heard, so the audience most likely voted for it because of that (+ I always notice that entries that perform last in the running order usually end up lower than the openers) 🇦🇹 Kaleen - we will rave She deff qualified because of the fact that malta was sort of forgotten in the semi. And she was already one of those obvious qualifiers because of the high energy + the intense choreo. And not to mention the lights. 🇲🇹 Sarah bonnici - Loop Id say the song and the running order are the ones to blame for Sarah NQ. She had some of the best choreo and good staging but because of the fact that she opened semi final 2 there were so many other entries to vote for. She was already a suspected NQ because the audience thought the song was generic. (Still dont know how she placed DEAD LAST in the semi though. I thought she wouldve surely beat at least albania because of the audiences poor reaction to both of Besa's songs.)

Out of these i wanted Croatia and Italy to win. But i wanted Serbia, Cyprus, Armenia and Portugal to place high. Im happy with the placements they got( exept for Croatia who should of won and serbia who should of been a little higher like top 15)
