Usually when you open a demo or live account with a broker they will provide you the login credentials and server details, then you can login to their version of the platform or enter it manually if going straight to the developer or web version. Generally speaking and this is not investment advice: I would say no, there are not many regulatory restrictions on retail forex traders and the few in place are mainly on margin requirements which are similar to many other top-tier jurisdictions (with some exceptions), and there are no new significant changes coming in the US for forex trading. Forex regulators around the world have been following the US's lead in terms of leverage restrictions for many years already to help protect investors (as high leverage can lead to high losses quickly), as these have gone into effect over a decade ago with many countries following similar measures. It's the countries with no restrictions where you have to be very careful as typically scam brokers will operate from there and provide sub-par services or even potentially fraudulent. That's why we suggest only trading with highly regulated brokers, including ones that operate in your country of residence or who can legally accept clients from where you reside. Given that this could be coming from either TradingView, or OANDA, it would be best to confirm with OANDA on whether or not the data reflects their own clients, or if it is from TradingView data, as it can depend on how they integrated via API with TradingView.

Confirm with your broker that they support MT5 and then find them on the dropdown menu of the platform or use the version of the platform directly from the broker's website.
