I know it well and have been in front of similar waves like that at the Wedge. Fortunately, the water from up the shore is pushing hard back into the wave. You’re traveling twice as fast toward it as you are trying duck under and avoid the lip from jack hammering you straight to the bottom. It’s about 2’-3’ deep right there.
