I have bought 3 dozen of the flat trigger model from you. They work flawlessly. Very sensitive trigger for catching bream for bait. I took a couple pair of pliers and bend bottom of flat trigger in towards the set grove so that trigger is not sensitive for some of mine so that I can use live bream on yo-yo for big cats. Only works well with smaller bream but does work. Bigger hand size bream trip trigger too often !

We have one of the original patented "Tri Puzzler by Setko" versions of this game (varnished board, brass pieces) from the very early 60s, and the instructions on that say that the last piece left must be in one of the corners. When I was a kid I had it all figured out, but now I don't remember.

Mom daily go to garden/field next to river always pick up fishes every auto-fishing system I set. I should have patented as many Chinese inventions are widespread without copyrighted so all money does NOT go to inventor's pocket. FYI: Happy Potter writer JK Rowling write magic-evil-tricky book make $B, but almost 2k yrs ago there's a Chinese author already write similar Chinese book named "The Journey to the West", now it's 1 of the 4 famous classic novel of all times, and the author did NOT make $B. And of course without copy Chinese invented gun-powder (the West and the world did NOT even give full credit or 10% of $B to the inventor/designer) put it to military use, the West cannot control USA, WWII, go to the moon (rocket uses it), gun or power controls the world, all thanks to the Chinese great minds. There are 1+ Billions minds in China, many inventions didn't get copyright or just pass-around copy-each other without giving full credits. And most Chinese/Asians are good at math, science and engineering:)! My childhood in poverty countryside DID NOT even have a chance to see what a measuring tape (reeling wheel) is. I just use bamboo or mother nature provides for the pulling fish force then add a FREE (cost nothing but a few bamboo sticks) trigger system, then we can provide food on family table:)! Getta use brain to win. Sadly, Chinese govt don't encourage 1+ Billions of minds to reach fully extend, which it's good for human society as a whole for more inventions!

For you survivalists out there, I can see these working nicely in conjunction with a snare to catch snakes, small game, birds, etc. With a little imagination they should work well for a snare trigger. I would add a stainless steel leader to the end just in case you need to catch a turtle or fish with teeth, etc.

If you do a lot of yo-yo fishing you will go back to the Auto Fisher..The wire trip is not really convenient but it works better in the deep notch. That allows you to use large shiners for bait or fish in currents without the bait tripping the yo-yo. I will check your store out. Thanks

Love yoyo fishing.. So easy and convenient. I've been using eagle claw 5/0 circle hooks on mine and they do a great job. Lately I've just been tying 2 yoyos to the dock and baiting them with cut bluegill. Takes 2 min to set up. Go to work, come home, got 2 fresh catfish waiting for me. Actually just finished frying a 10 and a 5 pounder. These would definitely work great for shtf.
