Customers are not always right. That is an outdated philosophy. I know exactly what this is. It's a door dasher expecting a worker to find their items. It's ridiculous dollar general employees do not work for door dash and it even says tells them on the app to ask employees. When it's incredibly busy and you're waiting on other customers they expect you to jump and get there things if the store is closing they expect you to keep it open and let them shop. :(

This doesn't surprise me. I just walked out of my local dollar general not even an hour ago. After spending the whole night out in the freezing cold, this stupid bitch cashier decides to piss in my cornflakes for bringing my backpack into the store. She tells me the next time I come through here I have to leave my backpack up front with her! So I then proceeded to explain to her that I absolutely do not have to and won't. That is MY property. I guarantee there's nothing written saying I can't take my backpack into the store. Unless you have footage of me stealing, which you don't. She then proceeds to tell me that I am no different from anyone else...whatever that has to do with anything. I cannot stand lowly cashiers who think they're gods. It's like really!? You are literally the lowest person on the totem pole. Shut up and do your job! I don't need your jealous ass trying to tell me I'm not special or different when I most certainly am. I HATE jealous idiots who hate themselves and want to bring you down to their level!

Hey there, dollar general key holder here. It is in our training that we are required to walk you to the product and help you find it. But it does get very busy especially in the evening. So we first try to tell the customer where they can find it. If they still can't find the product the other employee should get called up to to front and walk you to the product. IT- IS- IN THE POLICY.

I'm also behind the worker, customers think we're literally supposed to do everything for them. You're here the Shop, right, so shop. I can guarantee you there is not one manager or one worker that knows everything on stock and where it is. I get customers mad at me when I tell them where something's at and it looking at me stupid like why I can't walk them to the aisle is because I'm literally the only cashier. You really expect me to walk away from my cash register while im ringing customers

I find this personality increasing in the medical offices, and they are just so unprofessional. You can't talk like auntie to everyone.
