Adventures in Amarillo, TX (Cadillac Ranch, Slug Bug Ranch, and The Big Texan Restaurant- home of the 72oz steak challenge!)

It was cold and snowed, but it made the hike on Queen’s Garden Trail down and Up to Sunrise Point all the more beautiful. @ Bryce Canyon National Park

Bucket list item, checked. We e-biked through Zion NP, stopped at Court of the Patriarchs Viewpoint and the starting point of The Narrows. We ran out of time so didn’t get to hike through The Narrows. This just means we got to come back another time to do that and check out more trails and explore the park more. One day here just isn’t enough! Saw some wildlife along the away. Highly recommend!

We took the Red Shuttle Bus to most of the scenic viewpoints along Hermits Rest Road in Grand Canyon - South Rim. Highly recommend hiking from the first stop to the second stop. It is a beautiful and easy hike.

We did it! We hiked up to the Lake Agnes Teahouse. It was really busy so we didn’t get any tea, but rested at the end before hiking back down. It was fun hiking with friends! Got a nice view of Lake Louise at the top, and stopped at Mirror Lake on the way up to Lake Agnes. Summer 2024 (Canada)

Another awesome hike under our belts. It wasn’t too bad to the lower and upper falls, but past that to the Inkpots, boy oh boy. The incline and the distance and the elevation wore us out. There was quite a bit of whining on the way up, but we were happy on the way back 😁 Summer 2024 (Canada)

We visited another beautiful lake in Canada and had fun canoeing and soaking in the view. Emerald lake is so picturesque! We the had lunch at the restaurant on site and enjoyed some delicious and fun mocktails 😊 Summer 2024

We did the short hike up a rock pile for a spectacular vantage point to view Moraine Lake. The colors are beautiful! We got up to catch a shuttle at 5am to catch the sunrise over the lake and peaking through the ten peaks, but it was too cloudy that morning. We didn’t catch the sunrise, but the view is just breathtaking. Summer 2024

Rafting/floating down the Bow River in Calgary, Canada. It was more of a float but the highlight was chasing after the shoe that was floating in the water! And we caught it :D Summer 2024
