How is it possible that so expensive taps leak?

I just had this fitted, after two days the control box came of the velcro strip supplied. Such a crap design!

Kann den Blanco Choice überhaupt nicht empfehlen. So viel Geld für eine Armatur… dann 4 Wochen verspätet ausgeliefert, jetzt seit 3 Wochen in Betrieb und bereits 2 x defekt, bisher steht er mehr als das er läuft! Und der Kundendienst? Unterirdisch… keiner ist zuständig, man wird ans Küchenstudio verwiesen das den Schaden längst gemeldet hat…, nach 14 Tagen kommt ein Brief!!!! (Willkommen im Jahr 2024) in dem angekündigt wird das man uns demnächst anruft…. Bisher nicht geschehen! Nie wieder Blanco, habe einige Bekannte die Küchen planen die sich jetzt aufgrund unserer Erfahrung anderweitig orientiert haben.

Do not purchase this companies sinks. They are 1. High Maintenance 2. Crack and leak and when you call their 800 number, 1. They keep you on hold forever then they hang up and when you email the company, 1. They don't respond and even their website doesn't work most of the time! UNETHICAL, FRUSTRATING, LOUSY COMPANY!

Yall couldnt imagine how many came broken in shipping when my company used to push Blanco!!! I started pushing stainless steel sinks because i got tired of ordering Blanco 3 times to get 1 that wasnt cracked or broken!! They look great when installed but a headache the whole path to installation!! These sinks used to hold up jobs all the time waiting on sinks

According to the spare part diagram it is important that the body seals are installed the right way round. Look at the Blanco video. The seals are installed up/down, down/up, down/down. They keep changing direction. See 1.56 (down/up), then 1.57 (down/down) when it cuts to the close up, then 2.21 (up/down), then 2.26 (down/down). You don't need the tap key. A pair of piers or adjustable grips fit into the slots. I've replaced the seals twice so far and they keep binding instantly. Not happy. Not impressed. The tap is probably going in the bin for the sake of a pair of seals for £7.00

Ours turned yellowish, and brownish at some areas, and doesn't matter how I try the real color won't come back.

Good luck dropping anything in there. Metal is elastic and will rebound, so you don't break stuff - ceramic hitting glass or other ceramic often results in damage to either the sink or the object.

So easy a child could do it... NOT. Everything is so damn tight that you would have to be standing on the sink to get enough leverage for the parts to move. That stupid key is not something that any DIY person would have...especially not someone that needs to be told not to drop the parts down the drain! C'mon make a realistic video.

Can silicone remover be used in Silgranit with it being non porous?

I hate my Blanco sink!!!! I would never buy it again!!! It’s chipped - and the products that are supposed to clean it do not!!!! I got a black one and after 8 years it’s looks terrible!

Hi...i want to change BLANCO zenos hot and cold hose mixer taps...but it seems stick with glue and hardly remove...can you show me how to do it...thank you...
