I grew up in Fergus, back when I was a kid they had what was called The Sheltered Workshop. It was located by the levy, where that tall apartment building is now. These entities have done so much great work through the years giving the disabled opportunities to lead a productive life. I knew some folks that worked there too, they loved their job. My folks bought several “Dewy’s Rain Gauges” over the years too.

PA does a great job of placing people in jobs where they can contribute to the employer and earn an income. My oldest daughter has worked at this casino and is now at Wal-Mart, thanks to the wonderful people at PA
