I love those insights George. I’m in my A-Level exam revision right now and it’s really gotten to me. I feel as if I’d lost ‘my way’ by pretending that good grades meant so much to me. I am grateful now for your encouraging words and videos that there is a life more compelling than the stress I feel I must put myself through to achieve the goals I think I want but maybe don’t. :)

I would also take exception to your assertion that the most obvious ways to discern forms of happiness is in relation to its 'reasonableness' . In fact , it seems likely to me that happiness is only ' reasonable' in so far as it is an effect reasonably to be expected from a cause . How can you tell whether 'unreasonable happiness' is just happiness and not just delirium ?
