Very interesting topic! Thanks for sharing
On that movie the biggest little farm they make their own fertilizer out of animal waste, there should be extensive research into implementing things like that on an experimental basis to learn how to do it hygenically. It would save farmers and the government money, and would be therapeutic for soil that has been ruined by chemicals.
Too much yapping

Great info.
Thanks for having me on Ryan and Sal. You're doing great work. I'm sure it's not easy doing this many podcasts, but it's important messaging that the ag world and our partners need to hear, and those outside of ag ought to hear. Keep it up!
Very informative, keep up the good work!

Absolutely Tom, I would suggest that Xyway applied at planting at the 15 oz use rate would be as good or better than a V stage application keeping the plant as disease free as possible up to an R stage application. The only thing you might give up is that Strobilurin effect that you would get with most V stage applications. You could recover that with a stroby in a herbicide or nutritional application or by using a plant growth regulator like Ascend SL. Great question, I hope this helps you manage your biggest crop ever!
Does xyway figure in this protection program? We are planning on 300 acres notil corn after corn.
Very informative, it is truly hard to predict what agri-businesses will be needed in the future.

Very interesting information revealed by Anton. I would like to hear more. Queston: How can growers track the disappearance of commodities? Estimates of production acres seems easily followed. But how to match the consumption of what is produced eludes me and not widely known by the commodity producers I interact with. Question #2: If food security is such an important issue, why did the US allow the largest pork processor to be acquired by a Chinese company in 2013? I am perplexed why the Federal Trade Commission allowed this to happen. I am also perplexed why the Republicans stood back and allowed this to happen. This was a deal brokered by the Obama administration and our Republican representation fecklessly signed off on the deal. I act as a territorial sales rep in the crop fertility supply chain.

Thought provoking. I vote for rotten soybeans for the worst smell ever.
