Konoha was literally invaded by Suna,their hokage was murdered and half of the village was destroyed yet no other village attempted to attack them not to mention that Itachi killed BABIES and CHILDREN and OLD people and CIVILIANS! INNOCENT people,how is it them staying alive going to make a civil war? Itachi was nothing but a bitch to Danzo was only wanted to eliminate the Uchiha,if he really wanted peace he wouldn't have stolen Shisui's eye and poisoned him after knowing he found a way to stop the coup without bloodshed,in Itachi's novel,he himself mentioned that if Shisui was alive he would have protected the clan no matter the cost even if he had to kill Itachi by his own hands,Shisui, Sasuke and every other Uchiha knew the importance of someone own flesh and blood unlike the bootlicker Itachi
