8 eggs
1/2 milk
2 - 8oz cans of diced green chilies
2 T flour
14 oz of cheese (I used a mix of Colby and triple cheddar
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the ove to 350 degrees F.
In a 9x5 casserole dish sprinkle about 1/3 of the cheese on the bottom of the casserole dish. Sprinkle over the two cans of green chilies over the cheese juice and all.
In a large bowl or measuring cup place the flour to the bottom of the bowl Pour in about half of the milk and whisk. Once the flour is dissolved add the remaining milk and combine. Crack 8 eggs into the milk mixture, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
