Looks very common and far away from international standard. Some low rise buildings, parking on the road, ill maintained roads are the basic characteristics of the GIFT city. Feels like as if one brick is placed a year, the progress is very very slow. At last, it will be termed as least growing city.

Also gift sez area me commercial towers planned the but ab vaha sare residential projects ban rahe hai. diamond tower 400 m ka cancelled hogya airport authority ne 100 m see jyada height allow hi nhi kari buildings ki. People are complaining about No footpath or wider roads, no cycle tracks, no parking blah blah. Let me clear it up for you all. GIFT city is based on walk to work formula. Every single road will have a footpath and cycle tracks. Why you guys act so dumb? GIFT city is in it Developing phase. Plus Only commercial area has started, residential area is yet to be build. There's no population residing in the city itself. Everyone is travelling from Gandhinagar or Ahmadabad to work. Also it is a SEZ. It is developing for dedicated purposes(Finance to be more precise) which means you won't see any industries setting up their plant or any small businesses. It's for Tech and Finance guys. Also There will be city buses within the cities with affordable price to travel. Also Their is Metro which will expand. You will get every single thing after development. But at least let it get developed even a little. Gao basa nhi aur kami nikalne phle aa gye
