This is literally the best way to teach on how to be a good uke (partner being thrown) even on the mats, beginners and some students non beginners always hold on to their partner BCAUSE they are scared of being thrown by the Tori ( person throwing) but this wouldn’t be good for beginners but the ones who have got rid that fear.
