Well since memory foam was designed to hold heat for keeping body heat in space means iits ZERO at letting heat out your 8 times cooler means 8 x 0 is still zero. This translates to just as hot. Memory foam no matter what they do or add with it it will still be hot. The problem is when you lay on them the pores or holes collapse trapping heat. Now they make this product without memory foam then they might have a good product,but until then sorry I will pass.

I would not buy this chair - I bought this Sleep Perfect Chair 6 yrs ago, and I feel like I'm sitting on springs, plus I had to replace the remote because it kept shorting it out. The 1st time I had the warranty paid for it, the 2nd time I had to shell out $200 - which I have to replace again because the cord comes loose from the remote control box.

The models were distracting and unnecessary. Msg lost moved on to next video.

I received the X-4 chair as a gift from my daughter two years ago, and while initially pleased with its comfort and design, I recently encountered a serious issue. The receptacle that receives the hydraulic piston has cracked, causing the plunger in the piston to sit higher than it should and engage with the lowering mechanism. This problem led me to replace two pistons before discovering the root cause. When I reached out to X-Chair for warranty coverage, I was met with disappointment. Despite the chair having a five-year warranty for its parts and the model not even being on the market for five years, X-Chair refused to honor the warranty without the original order number. Unfortunately, the chair was purchased by my daughter's then-partner, and I have no way of obtaining the order number. So with this, I cannot receive a new bottom part that receives the piston. X-Chair has the serial number, which apparently is insufficient for them to honor their warranty. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with X-Chair's customer service. Despite the chair's initial appeal, I can no longer recommend X-Chair due to their lack of support and willingness to stand by their product. In my view, the company's policies and treatment of customers have rendered them 'dead' to me.
