Muddy Hell put on an awesome summer race in Moorooduc in January 2018. Fun obstacles combined with the most disgusting smelling mud in history made for a great day out!

Spartan Race returned to Perth for the Asia Pacific Championships. With a Sprint (7km ), Super (14km ) and Beast (21km ) on offer, the dry heat, hills, and flies proved to be a bigger challenge than some of the obstacles!

The 7th Annual World's Toughest Mudder returned to Lake Las Vegas for one last dance in the desert. This was my first ever attempt at the 24 hour race and I finished with a smile on my face :-D Here's to the memories of that brutal course! I recently headed to McDowell Mountain in Arizona for my first ever Ragnar Trail Relay. I had such a great time that I am already excited to try another!

The Obstacle Course Racing World Championships returned to the Blue Mountains, Ontario (Canada) for a second year. In what was a cold and muddy weekend, athletes from 67 countries competed in 3km, 15km, Team and 7km races.
