It's a massive update for Tabor, but would be a regular 3 month or so update for exfilzone. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing that the devs are doing something with the game. It's just not up to par with exfilzone. I still say the only reasons to play Tabor instead is 1. Sound is more consistent 2. You won't break your controller by sprinting because auto sprint works. So far reason 2 is the only reason I won't play exfilzone. Once that is fixed, idt I'll ever look at Tabor again. Unless something crazy happens, but I don't see that happening.

You could clip into the Never Wipe Room, it was nice, just had 3 spots for helmets and rigs and a new gun rack from what it looked like. When they change it into a box I wonder what it would look like!

Yikes, frankly I don’t know about some of this. Call me lazy, but I don’t want to have to heal my leg, heal my arm, eat, drink, ckean my gun, etc before every raid. Some of this sounds sick don’t get me wrong, but like… THERMALS? That has the potential to be absolutely broken on maps like underground or silo where you can just see everyone, (there’s probably gonna be a range to it ik but like still.) also, I don’t even know if some of this is true lol. Not in a clickbait way, more in a sense of it just not happening. Tabor was talking abt the whole leaning thing quite a long while ago and the player rigs still act VERY still and we have nothing even close to leaning. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still probably play tabor, but combat wallet studios better get it together before exfilzone or the at some point vail extraction shooter (which I don’t have high hopes for but I don’t even play vail so my input isn’t very valuable there.) wipes them out. This is all js my opinion tho

When i aim, especially with iron sights, i close my left eye and look down the sights, when i do this a majority of the time it pushes my headset up a little bit because of my face scrunching, making it blurrier and harder to actually hit shots, is there something you recommend i change? Am i doing it wrong? Id love to get some improvements, i just got my oculus

Ok a Player driven Market and the Day/Night Cycle + Weather System really got me hyped. Add the degrading Weapons and now we've got emergent Gameplay never seen before. I dont know if I will return to Tabor as the community it fostered is toxic and hostile in my experience but I am hyped for the competition and the free marked now favouring the consumers as there are now two big players striving to be the best possible product, not just a passable one. Generally tho I will favour Exfil as my trust in CWS is kinda nonexistend now. Leaning was supposed to be there a year ago yet they only started moving forward with the game once a competitor showed up and ignited fire under their ass.

Honestly if they come through with everything thats been mentioned then fair play to them but at the moment they cant even get footsteps right and backpacks that fly off the map 😂

The update is only exactly 1 year to late. They won 2023 game of the year and then released like almost nothing in 2024 it's no wonder they didn't get it again. All this should have been done back in last January.

lol sure, i'll believe it when i see it.. this is all coming from a studio that said leaning would be here over a year ago... the fact that it took a competitor for them to kick their ass into gear is telling.

wanted to buy it but then i saw 3 things.. 1st, the devs dont really listen to fans as far as i got it from different posts 2nd, they wipe things you collect wich is a BIG no no for a horder like me! :D thankfully not a horder in real life, only in games. 3rd, they make you pay for PVE like its a DLC... no thx

Compared to EZ, Tabor feels solo dev'd and the overall gameplay loop is dry. It's PvP leg meta and that's all the game is.

I like exfils features more but i like tabors looks and gun mechanics more. Tabor is gonna slam exfill because its gonna be better if than exfil because of the gameplay and how its gonna act.
