I believe this is equipment from 3rd Battalion, 321st Field Artillery Regiment, 18th Field Artillery Brigade @ Fort Liberty, NC heading to National Training Center Rotation 23-04 in support of 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team; 3rd Infantry Division. The rotation was to prep 3-321 for their deployment to Europe in June.
