I’ll tell u now that pad is one of the best thing my manager over showed me it’s called a S.P.P pad you don’t even need stripper just throw water on the floor and use that thin pad it leaves the floor wayyyy more extra shiny I’m at work now and I did these hallways a month ago and it’s still shiny like I just did it a week ago 💪🏾

Best way to keep the EVS staff cheery and up beat is to not over load them with work. When you do that they have no choice but to take a all business attitude. Those who don't won't actually be meeting the challenges. Current super will take an area done by two and move them both then replace with a new staff member and see if they can do it alone. People can do it but...... for how long? They quit or they fail. Then the work load is backed off slightly till it's determined if they can do it then. Not a very ethical way to operate but this is what you will get with a contractor. I currently do the job but soon to leave. At a for profit hospital they have no core vaules. It's all just money.

How do you get out a long scratch some left in the new wax all the way down the hall at the hospital

He used a surface prep pad. He did not strip the wax off the floor. He probably used water on the floor. You would never put floor stripper in a busy area as the floor could be uneven. S.P.P.s work in rooms that are dirty but don't have alot of deep scratches. The positive is that you usually only have to apply one coat of wax. Alot less effort is required than stripping a floor.
