You can have weaker lustre on a gem grade, but that needs to be compensated with fewer marks and above average strike. People do forget about lustre though. Especially on brown cents.

I prefer the earlier dates of this series, The late dates are common and don't really interest me unless in PROOF.. Early dates from 1916- up to maybe 1933 are very collectable! Key dates for me are both 1916&17 with mm obverse,all 1921s, all 1919s and maybe. The 1933s?

I think your missing the point the coin has been graded already and assigned a grade so if the third party company felt it was worthy of higher grade then they would give it a higher grade and it’s so typical of people to put stuff on RUclips a public site but not expect anyone to voice another view or opinion as they say the coin is what it is not what you try to make it just call it is sometimes your pushing coins to be something there not

Finding coins is not hard I believe anyone can find great coins it’s the paying for coins at the correct price is the difficult part and paying a individual for coins only leans itself to overpriced coins imo
