Great tips, especially for those pushy parents and those that do EVERYTHING for their kids. This is why I love martial arts teachers and sports coaches that help develop children's self esteem, they do exactly these things you've just listed. There's an old saying "Kids don't do what they're told, they do what they see" and it's true, they're impressionable and if they see you being a certain way then they're more likely emulate it.

@@nishatali2449 Hi, I think lots of people (mostly kids) would like a way to make desserts, burgers, pizzas or some more favorited foods being made healthy. That way, both kids and parents would like to try it. The point is I am recommending some more foods you could do a delicious nutritious on to make foods that we all love be healthy. Which are the examples that I already stated
