Hello, i was wondering i have 3 misdemeanors 2 class A and one class b. Two of them where from 1998 and one from 2010. I was wondering would i be able to seal all 3 misdemeanors from my record? The reason i want to do this is because i am trying to obtain my EFIN from the IRS to start my own tax preparation business and i am having issues passing the suitability check. I dont think it's fair that thing's that i did 14 years and 25 years ago, (when i was barely 21 years old) still affects my life now that i am 46 years old and I'm not the same person I was back then. It's also preventing me from being able to start my business to support myself and my children. What can i do? Thank you!

I’m watching this to help someone else, and I’m floored at all the steps. The issue I’m helping with is that a gentleman I know has a suspended license from another state (NJ) who has never driven through the state and has not filed for bankruptcy where the mortgage could have potentially been in that state. The gentleman with the suspension is also deaf and cannot communicate without sign language or tty. He also cannot work while his license is suspended.🤞Ultimately, this video has helped with information that can be provided to make the process a little faster. I just wanted to give others a new perspective as to what they could potentially deal with for not even getting any tickets at all 🤷‍♀️.

I’m literally have tears coming up. I got my license at 16 years old and never got it reinstated. I’m 36 years and all this time there was sure fines which totaled more than 40 grand for tickets I got. I was telling myself I would never get my license again so I been using my id and passport and still ain’t got my license. I have more confidence I can get my license now.

A long as you completed deferred adjudication and it’s been 2 years without another crime. You just need to print the application from county website. Fill it out and take it to district attorney office at courthouse with cashiers check or money order. In a few weeks they’ll send you the order of non-disclosure.

I have 31 credit cards, about 130 grand in total credit (on all cards combined) and I live on a 960 SSDI check. I know they can't go after my SSDI check. I was arrested in my home which btw is not attached to another building (it is a house). My brother was drunk and wanting to argue and fight me (I have pictures of the marks left on my body as well as text messages and emails I sent out trying to find a place to go) but I was charged because the officer was talking to me as if I was a child and I did lose my cool a little bit (I was upset..I was the victim and being made felt like I was the offender). They charged me with disorderly conduct 1st degree which was later dropped to 2nd degree. I have to appear in court for pre-trial next month. Wish me luck.

You misrepresent the charge of "disorderly conduct". It has been much more broadly defined than that in most city ordinances now. I got charged with disorderly conduct for sitting in my car in the Lowes parking lot at night in Meridian, Idaho.

The problem with that is, we are asking for technological reforms, and Mike Brown's Law passed the signature threshold very rapidly.
