Try this . Some stamps have various traits on the left under advanced.. lemme think I'm not at my PC. There is an advanced option that lets you choose multiple/single etc under placement type I believe it's called. If you click a stamp, go to advanced, choose single, when you click I believe the grab bars come up. Hopefully that helps. If not shoot me a DM or another comment and I'll hit my computer and figure it out for ya! Thanks for the comment!

@@SomeDungeonGuy Thank you so much for the reply. Unfortunately, that doesn't work. All that option is for is if you want to place a single stamp, or if you want to place multiple. The multiple just enables features that makes it easier to place multiple stamps without the edge lines appearing.

Also thank you for being so willing to help me with this. I've googled and I haven't found anything even close to what I'm talking about. Either I have a rare bug, or I'm missing something really simple.

Well.. I believe that's a side effect of not having pro. If you're running s campaign.. pro is probably a good investment.. if you need just one map.. I have s Fiverr account for that :-)

I'm not actually sure. It's probable you cannot. Someone on Fiverr would be able to do it though.

Unfortunately fixing it in the video at this point is undoable I think.... Hadn't heard the audio mess up though. Maybe try closing and reopening? Future videos. The audio is fine

Ah. Something I should have clarified that sometimes it will only blow an image up so big.. I've had to go photo edit to make the image bigger to begin with and then adjust the size to fit.

Are you talking about seeing the hand drawn map and the newly made one? That is just changing the opacity on that layer. Let me know if I can answer any questions.

There are some easy ways to do this. I have a tutorial for inkarnate... I'll see if I can make that my next wonderdraft video! Thanks for the compliment.

You have a commercial license for all maps you make upon purchase of their pro membership. Even if your membership expires, you retain the commercial licenses for all maps you’ve made until that point.

Oh yeah you could make that. I've done similar projects myself. If you're not wanting the learning curve of such a project you may also check on Fiverr. Folks like @thehinerman and others make such maps for reasonable fees

You might also check out my video of how to import hand drawn maps. You can download a world map and trace it in either program. Not super hard and then you can make a few changes as you go

I would like to do it myself. I already know a little bit about Inkarnate basics. But to do it, I would need the pro version of Inkarnate, right? because I can't fit such a big map.

Also when making it.. I'd make a custom size... With tons of rows and columns to give yourself plenty of space... Depending on how much detail you're putting in

I use both also.. and I agree it depends a lot on what you're doing... I tend to use incarnate way more often as it is flexible and the amount of assets included means I can mix and match to my needs.. but good call outs.

Yes... As I mention a couple minutes in it will make a texture inside the program that you can trace... That being said you can line it up to make a digital version of your map... You would just need to upload it as a texture.. then make sure the opacity is 100 percent.. The main goal is to make your hand drawn map a texture and trace it using incarnate or wonderdraft etc.

To each their own I suppose... But $25 a year is worth it for me. That's the same amount as paying for gas to drive half a mile a day so.. eh

I feel like you get shafted with the 1 time purchase. There is no free trial, extremely limited assets, tools, and styles that aren't requiring more money etc. I would take a $25 a year sub for quantity and quality than a $30 one time purchase for the limited (but still great) features offered by wonderdraft, not to mention that if you want to make dungon maps you need a whole other app but I guess that's just how I see it.

@@moose6932 What... subs doesn't means you get quality and quantity. Import assests from the community into wonderdraft instead. And rewards the facts that you own what you bought. I pay for fgu cause it will serve a lifetime.

@@arekisan5239 Inkarnate is a service, by paying a subscription you support active development. That's how Inkarnate has a team working on it and gets updated more often, afaik Wonderdraft is made by a single guy. Of course both have very active communities that fill in the gaps.

Yes! I've mentioned in a couple videos how great the raise and lower land tool is. I use both but just can't bring myself to use wonderdraft much because I don't find it as versatile and the assets that come with it are so limited. And I know you can get packs etc... But right out of the gate you can do dungeons and worlds in one app that look far better imho.

i'd agree, except the level of detail down to the pixel is far superior in wonderdraft. You just can't get the same level of detail in inkarnate...you can try and do decently, but it's nothing like wonderdraft.

@@scotmcpherson Are you referring to the actual sprites used aren't as crisp? or are you referring to the minor details of things like the terrain builder, or ways that you can affect the maps themselves? I may do a comparison on this... an 8K inkarnate map is detailed enough that I make 24x32 (ish I don't remember the specifics I have behind me :) ) posters look pretty good...

@@SomeDungeonGuy I didn’t say they don’t look good. Not at all. Just saying that if you are detail oriented down to the pixel level, the wonderdraft will probably make you happier. The only thing wrong with Wonder draft really is the lack of assets, but you can get or make your own if you are interested.

Maybe a cliffnotes, with a little flair. Much like how a scholar might describe their world? It's a thought! Hopefully life calms down for you, brother!
