Bud: monitor pickup times & if it is or even appears the order could be late, click the question mark icon upper right, select "The store has a problem," & select "Order will be late." It'll ask you if you want to continue or unassign. If you continue, you're now immune from lateness CVs & also immune from any ratings less than 5-star. I use it 80-90% of my deliveries & it's saved me from countless CVs

out of nearly 400 catering deliveries I've only had 1 customer complain about me being on the way too early.. 40 minute drop off time on a 7 minute drive on an order that was ready when i got to the pickup 10 minutes early.. Order was loaded and van was started 1 minute after pickup time.. she did end up letting me deliver it early

100% agree. We need to start our own companies to provide independent contractor work for the community. Thanks for sharing!

I offered to take a few hours a week to put some marketing materials out to the businesses/companies in the area and to help them facilitate Catering Orders. Then, I will deliver for them. They said they pay 30%, I said I would take 10% and the gratuity for what I generate. They were happier than heck as why not? I also partnered with a few good driver friends on apps also, so if I am not around? They can do the driving portion if we get Catering for them and they are happy, whenever they are out to put marketing materials (i.e.) A Card, Prepared Menu and nice cover letter from the restaurant also. I thought this might help other drivers as you said to "Bet On You". :) Just some ideas, as it's starting to work for me. Kind Regards, E.

I got deactivated because a customer or the Walmart reported opened prescription medication. I never picked up any medication. How could this be?

Hi BudSoda. I just watched your video about your deactivation. The same thing just happened to me. I feel rejected and down - like a failure. I disputed and requested details about the merchant (time, etc) but was rejected. As someone who has been there and succeeded, will you please help me?
