As you all should know, Flesh Mechanic is one of the six songs recorded for the original demo tape which started doing the rounds around late '95. What you all should also be aware of is that Placebo's first gig was at Rock Garden (in Convent Garden, London) in January 1995, billed as Placebo. They ditched the Ashtray Heart name yonks ago.
