Sir/Madam Rfloto28, Were you thinking of the brown act rules? Something I read:To really beat a political bully, it helps to have cut a few of them down to size. This come from standing up to bullies, which few of us have tried. Oddly enough, most bullies, when confronted by an opponent with determination, will give way.

If you watched the whole meeting on the long beach unified school district website, you would see that these people were obviously completely out of order. I've seen city council and board meetings before and there are certain rules and etiquette for how they are run. This kind of outburst can't possibly help them.

You are right rfloto28, the board members, especially the President William Felton need a lesson on the laws and rules of how public hearings are held. Hope they listen to you because they didn't want to hear us.

Quite a lesson! Talk about hurting your cause. Screaming their heads off after the board had left the room. Who were they talking to? The camera? Lesson in civil disobedience? I think they need a lesson in the laws and rules of how public hearings are held.
